Just Play!

I uncovered a fascination, joy and sheer love of movement when I stumbled on the concept that playing the flute was movement. This turned into a quest to understand movement more deeply. I have flown through the air on the trapeze and moved through the  urban playground doing Parkour to understand the body in movement better.

What began as helping musicians to overcome limitation and resolve discomfort and pain has grown. My teaching will help you harness the power of movement to fuel musical expression and propel you through life. Uncovering movement ease and freedom allows us to play and live fully.
